The biggest problem of my English is speaking,and the grammar.
The grammar works for me ,and i think reading newspaper never works for me.
This year i accumulate a lot of words,and know about the format of composition.
No,i think i need to improve speaking and pouncuation.
I see a genuine interest in you in learning English. However, I think you have not put in enough effort.

Speaking - Force yourself to communicate only in English with your peers. If you run out of words, ask them for help.
Keep writing to train yourself to think and express in English. Every step you take will move you closer to your target.
